The newly built STADTDOMIZIL TOP 5 welcomes you in a central location in the heart of Schladming, 350 m from the Planai-Hochwurzen ski area. A ski bus stop is just 200 m away. All shopping and dining options in Schladming are in close proximity and easily accessible on foot. The balcony (13 m²) is equipped with garden furniture and sun umbrellas. Opportunities for cycling and hiking are right in front of the accommodation. The Schladming train station is 800 m away.

A ski storage room is located in the basement of the building. A free parking space is available in the underground garage. And of course, you have free Wi-Fi.

We offer you a roll delivery service through the Steffl bakery. Orders can be placed until 5:30 PM the day before/you will have your rolls delivered to the apartment the next morning.

From the accommodation, you can reach the cross-country skiing trails of the Ramsau-Dachstein region after 8 km. An 18-hole golf course is located 6.5 km from the Stadtdomizil No. 5 apartment. A public swimming lake is 10 km away. You can reach the hiking trail Talbachklamm-Untertal after a 5-minute walk.

From mid-May to November 1st, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the price. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, such as the free use of local cable cars and buses as well as free admission to the pools in Haus and Schladming. The card is valid from 1 PM on the day of arrival, throughout your stay, and all day on the day of departure.
