The apartment is located on the eastern outskirts of Schladming. The Congress Center is a 2-minute walk away. The Planai Stadium can be reached in 5-7 minutes on foot - in winter the starting point for the 4-Mountains Ski Swing. The variety doesn't fall short in summer either. The Schladming Bike Park, Hopsiland, or many hiking trails make the vacation day a special experience.
There are many restaurants, shopping options, and a swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. For a car-free vacation, several bus stops can be reached within a few minutes on foot, which serve various excursion destinations in summer and winter.
