Located on an idyllic farm with sheep, high above the valley, you will find a lovingly furnished, cozy holiday home that you can enjoy completely to yourself. The quiet meadow location, the incomparable panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, and the proximity to the Hauser Kaibling ski area make Kollerhof a special retreat for families, groups of friends, and anyone who wants to combine nature, relaxation, and coziness.

With around 180 m² of living space, the house offers ample room for up to 13 people. Six cozy bedrooms provide restful nights – equipped with five comfortable double beds (180 cm), one single bed, and one bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers, two separate WCs, and additional showers and sinks directly in the rooms provide great comfort even for larger groups.

The centerpiece of the house is the spacious living kitchen – perfect for shared cooking evenings, long breakfasts, or sociable hours after an eventful day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Wi-Fi, a television, and many lovingly chosen details ensure that you feel at home from the very first moment.

Particularly impressive is the outdoor area: Two balconies and the generous terrace invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air, watch the sunrise over the peaks, or end the day with a glass of wine and a stunning view. Around the house, you will find lush meadows, absolute tranquility, and the authentic life on a farm.

In winter, you can reach the entrance to the Hauser Kaibling Höfi-Express in just a few minutes by car. A private ski room ensures that your equipment is well stored. Two covered carport parking spaces as well as additional parking options right by the house are available to you. Due to the elevated location, we recommend carrying snow chains during the winter months.
