Ideal year-round as a starting point for example for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, or paragliding. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and one bedroom. There are additional bedrooms in the attic. Simple furnishings.
