Ferienhaus Schmid

We would like to welcome you to our company. The lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the village of Donnersbachwald in the Grimming-Donnersbachtal holiday region, surrounded by the surrounding mountains. We have renovated it in 2016.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with SAT-TV, a bathroom with shower and WC and 2 double bedrooms. On the upper floor there are 2 double rooms (1 SAT-TV), one double room with a lounge area and SAT-TV, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. Bed linen is sufficiently available, please bring your own towels. There are several parking spaces in front of the house. In the main season our baker delivers daily fresh bread and pastries. In the nearby neighbouring village Donnersbach there is also a local supplier.

In winter you have direct access to the family ski area Riesneralm via the children's ski swing. The other ski areas of the snow bear region Planneralm and Tauplitz can be reached in 30 minutes. Do you prefer to stay away from the slopes? There are wonderful opportunities for this too, such as tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking.

In summer you can enjoy nature in the countryside right on your doorstep or in our hiking areas Donnersbachwald, Riesneralm, Planneralm and on countless hikes in the Grimming-Donnersbachtal and Schladming-Dachstein region. On hot days, our recreational area with a small lake provides a pleasant cooling off.
