It's only 200m to the ski slopes, night slopes, and toboggan run. You can ski back to the house. Bus stop 3 min. away. In summer, a perfect starting point for hikes, walks, or relaxation on the large sunbathing area. Ideal for golfers-only 9km from the golf course.
