Our family-run and children friendly farm Perchthof welcomes you in the midst of its lush green meadows on the outskirts of Ramsau am Dachstein. In winter, our farmhouse is set on the cross-country trails and the lovely winter walking paths, and in summer, the hiking trails are practically on our doorstep.

At our farm Perchthof, you can choose between a holiday flat and four en-suite double rooms. All of them have bright, solid wood furniture and a balcony, from where you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views to the sunny plateau of Ramsau and the surrounding Dachstein mountains. The holiday apartment accommodates 2 – 4 persons and offers two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen diner with fridge, electric cooker, coffee maker, and a bathroom with shower/WC.

Start into the day at the rich breakfast buffet in our farmhouse’s cosy common room with a tiled stove. Here, we pamper you with homemade products from our own garden and farm – guests in the holiday apartment are welcome to book their stay with breakfast.
Your children can play to their heart’s content outdoors, or enjoy a round of table tennis. Also, the kids will experience life on the farm with our farm animals: there are cows, ponies, sheep, and our dog. 

Families find both adventurous and relaxing activities in Ramsau am Dachtein. You can start your day right on our doorstep, such as taking an easy-going walk along the ‘Paorama-path’, hike to the impressive waterfalls of the Silberkar gorge, or go for a guided climbing tour along one of the children’s via ferrata routes “Kali” and “Kala” on Sattelberg, just across the road.

During the winter months, Ramsau am Dachstein is a fine and family friendly ski resort, featuring 10 ski lifts. Snow covered forests and meadows invite you to go for a fun toboggan run or snowshoeing. Don’t miss out on a visit to the Dachstein glacier, the gondola can be reached within only 15 minutes by car.
