In addition, the house has 4 double bedrooms,every bedroom with shower/WC, 2 single bedrooms, every bedroom with shower/WC, separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, garden, barbecue facilities, free parking, parking space, ski cloakroom, shoe room with heater, terrace/balcony, television, Wi-Fi, fresh bred service.
In summer the stream is included in the price.
In winter the stream costs €0,50/kw.
The house is surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery of the Preuneggtal Valley and lie in close proximity to the Preunegg gondola. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts can enjoy this unspoiled idyll in both, winter and summer.
