Castle Trautenfels
Tour description
For the first time in the year 1195, the community of Wörschach was mentioned as the village "Werses" in a document. Even earlier, a confirmation document from 890 shows that ore rock was allowed to be mined northeast of Wörschach. Thus, this is a very early settlement area. If you hike on the Fürstensteig from Wörschach to Stainach, you will reach the next Nature.Power.Place - the 4-elements place near Friedstein Castle. Along the way, you will traverse a variety of natural formations in the constant up and down of the path: forests alternate with rocky surroundings, the path widens and narrows again – how many people have traveled here and in what situations? Feel connected to them.
THE RESONANCE EXERCISE
PINEAL GLAND ACTIVATION "ROCK KISS"
For You
- First perceive the refreshing water atmosphere at the rock-water place: visually and acoustically, along with the scent of water.
- Find your preferred rock-water place.
- Gently activate the pineal gland, which is responsible for the sleep-wake rhythm and can strengthen immune forces, by attentively approaching the rock with your forehead at middle forehead height. Even a light touch shows revitalizing effects.
For Groups or Families
- The gnome path begins behind the gnome trees near the forest edge with a line-up one behind the other.
- The left hand reaches back through the legs, while the right hand goes forward.
- Thus, the hands of the front and back person connect. The posture is slightly bent; the first person extends both hands back, and the last person extends both hands forward.
- Now start the gnome path cheerfully and regularly switch: The first person releases after 1-2 minutes, lets the gnome train pass them, and now becomes the last.

- The Fürstensteig has an endurance-enhancing effect depending on the walking pace.
- The pineal gland is activated in the rock exercise: it has a pine-cone shape and its main task is the production of the neurohormone melatonin, which influences the sleep-wake rhythm and other time-dependent rhythms of the body.
- The fine adjustment between upper body and arm muscles and the resulting sensitive forehead sensation at the rock are trained.
